Interactive Displays - Wiggles

Crossroads developed an interactive display for the Powerhouse Musem in the Wiggles exhibition. This is projected onto a large screen - lifesize - so the kids can identify with Jeff.

Wake Up Jeff [Projected Interactive]
This is an interactive that encourages the kids to Wake Up Jeff, who is renowned for sleeping.

There are a number of video segments, that are triggered by the loudness of the kids shouting for Jeff to wake up - this is captured by a 'hidden' microphone. The microphone loudness is displayed in the loud/louder/loudest VU meter.

If they are not loud enough then Jeff doesn't wake up and the next video segment is displayed encouraging them to shout even louder to wake Jeff up.

Once Jeff has woken up a video of all the Wiggles is displayed in near full screen.
